A look back to celebrate Scilab 20-year Anniversary

2014 marks the 20^th Anniversary of Scilab 1^st Launch

In 1994, Scilab 1.1 is available on anonymous FTP site. Twenty years later, during the ScilabTEC 2014, a short video invites the attendees to look back at Scilab history, two decades marked by continuing developments and evolutions.
