Hybrid dynamic systems modeler and simulatorXcos is a graphical editor to design hybrid dynamical systems models. Models can be designed, loaded, saved, compiled and simulated. Stable and efficient solution for industrial and academics needs, Xcos provides functionalities for modeling of mechanical systems (automotive, aeronautics...), hydraulic circuits (dam, pipe modeling...), control systems, etc.
Xcos is freely available and distributed with Scilab. ![]() Based on Scicos developed by INRIA, Xcos replaces Scicos in Scilab distribution since Scilab 5.2 release. It provides new ergonomics qualities, a synchronized roadmap with Scilab, and a continuity ensured by the Scilab Consortium. |
