Governance

Chaired by Christian Saguez, the Scilab Consortium is constituted of the following governing bodies:

  • The Conference of Members, which elects the Steering committee, rules on the results of carried out actions, the balance sheet…
  • The Steering Committee, decision-making body of the Consortium, which determines the main technical and strategic guidelines
  • The Executive Board, which ensures the implementation guidance issued by the Steering Committee
  • The Scientific Board, which advises the steering committee in scientific and technological matters.
