Scilab is widely used in high schools all over the world, in China, India or Japan for example.

Scilab can be used as a tool for teaching and learning mathematics. Students can work independently and responsibly while learning mathematical concepts. Freely available at school or at home, the use of Scilab by students and teachers is favored.

Resources for teachers are only available in French, switch language to display them.

Scilab is recognized as having educational value by the French Department of Education
